Boaters from all around the Great Lakes cruise from Lake Michigan into slips at Terrace Point Marina on Muskegon Lake. A great place to develop boating friendships in a comfortable and festive atmosphere. The clubhouse with kitchen, dining, living and laundry is just 8 feet from the shore, for convenience and views. Bathrooms, 6 private showers and dressing rooms are newly renovated. Enjoy fun and sun at the outdoor pool and picnic area. Or, head off to the indoor pool and hot tubs at the Shoreline Inn.

A Message from the Owner

We are excited to share one of the state’s most amazing properties with you: marina, hotel, restaurant, bar and conference facilities located on one of Lake Michigan’s largest inland lakes, 4,150-acre Muskegon Lake.

Since Parkland Properties acquired Terrace Point Marina and on-site Shoreline Inn in May 2009 we have been busy remodeling and making plans so that powerboaters and sailboaters can take advantage of the best location and value in Michigan. During our first season we rebuilt the outdoor pool, installed new piling and dock boxes, added free WI-FI and free cable with movie and sports channels at each slip, and remodeled the clubhouse and bathrooms.  In 2010, we completed renovation of our onsite restaurant and bar, the new Lake House Waterfront Grille!

The Parkland team is experienced at marina operations and has developed six successful marinas. We also own and operate Wharf Marina in Grand Haven. So, you can feel comfortable knowing that the grounds and equipment at Terrace Point Marina will remain ship shape.
